05/01/2021 @ 12:00 - Happy new year to all of our customers; as we enter lockdown 3 Stockshop will be continuing to support our customers in everyway possiable and remain open as before.
05/11/2020 @ 12:00 - Another lockdown is upon us, but we want to reassure you that Stockshop continues to be open for business and is working hard to maintain great service and support to you. We are strenuously following government advice to ensure we are operating in a COVID-19 secure environment for the safety and well-being of our colleagues and customers.
Customer services are available via telephone and email for placing orders.
The warehouse team are doing a fantastic job to pick and pack your orders as swiftly as possible. As part of our COVID compliant protocols we are currently not able to offer a guaranteed overnight dispatch service.
Our Service Department is still open for blade sharpening and clipper repairs and servicing.
If you are delivering your clippers or blades in person, please note that Face Masks must be worn on site. Please ring the doorbell and wait for someone to attend. All clippers and blades received will be quarantined in a secure place for 72 hours before they are worked on.
Our Sales Representatives are also available by phone to help but for now, all customer meetings are taking place via Zoom / Teams or telephone.

28/07/2020 @ 12:00 - We are open for blade & clipper servicing, both drop off in person & from deliveries. Turn around is slightly extended due to the new way of working. If you drop off please follow the instructions on the entrance door.
15/06/2020 @ 12:00 - We are pleased to announce that we are starting to reopen our service department. To start with this will be for blade sharpening only, and we will continue to review of other services.
01/06/2020 @ 12:00 - Although things are starting to come back to normal, we are still experiencing very high order volumes, and longer than normal lead times from manufactures on certain products. We are working hard to fulfil all of our customer’s needs.
21/05/2020 @ 12:00 - We are continuing to monitor the review the current situation to see how we can open our service department so that is safe for our colleagues; but there is no change at present.
19/05/2020 @ 09:00 - This week so far we have dispatched enough egg boxes to hold over 1 Million eggs!
07/05/2020 @ 12:00 - Stockshop Country will be closed on Friday 8th May to celebrate VE day. We will be open again on Monday 11th May at 08:30am.

28/04/2020 @ 10:00 - Stockshop Country will be observing a minutes silence at 11:00am today to pay tribute to NHS staff and key workers who have died battling the Coronavirus pandemic. Our phones will be switched off during this time, Thank you.
27/04/2020 @ 12:00 - Egg boxes are in short supply nationally, manufacturing is giving priority to food production. We are working with 2 manufactures to minimise any disruption, but would expect shortages.
15/04/2020 @ 12:00 - We are seeing a huge uplift in poultry sales from our retailers, please bear with us as some products are in short supply. PPE is also in short supply, Nitrile gloves & face masks in particular. We are working with manufactures & our suppliers to secure a supply but at present priority is being given to medical needs.
03/04/2020 @ 17:00 - A fantastic effort from the Stockshop team this week. We have seen a record number of orders dispatched, everything from PPE, gloves & face masks to lambing essentials & a whole lot in-between. We're open again from Monday 6th April at 08:30 through to the 9th when we'll close for the Easter break.
30/03/2020 @ 12:00 - Please note that as many businesses have been requested to close there is very limited storage space at our carriers premises. Please do ensure someone is available to receive your deliveries to avoid them being returned to Stockshop by the carriers.
