Payment

By cheque (payable to Stockshop (L.E.) Limited, cash or BACS. We also accept payment by major credit and debit cards. For those customers wishing to pay by BACS, our bank details are:

Payment is required within 30 days from the date of the invoice with the exception of proforma customers from whom payment in full is required before the goods are despatched.

Prices

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Transit Losses and Discrepancies

Upon delivery any damage to the outside of the package must be noted on the driver's docket. Failure to do this will invalidate any claim for loss or damage. Loss or damage of goods must be notified to us in writing within 3 days of receipt, quoting your account number and delivery note number.

Non-receipt of the entire consignment must be notified to us within 14 days of the date of the invoice.

Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Stockshop (Livestock Equipment) Ltd until payment is received in full.

Return of Saleable Goods

Before returning goods to us, authorisation must be obtained from head office and a 15% handling charge will be levied against the returned goods.

Please ensure that full documentation is included with the returned goods, detailing your account number, the despatch note number and the reason for the return.
